Brick House is at your disposal at these prices (the rate includes vat):

  • Standard rate
(It's valid all year, excluding the periods specified below) 		€ 160,00 a night + € 30,00 a night
  • From August 8 to August 23
(hight season) 		€ 180,00 a night + € 45,00 a night
  • From December 20 to January 10
(Christmas season) 		€ 180,00 a night + € 45,00 a night

Minimum stay: 3 nights.
Final cleaning fee: € 70,00 (every stay).
For stays longer than fifteen days, you will receive a discount.

Payment methods accepted:

  • down payment / balance by bank transfer (before arrival)
  • full payment in cash (on arrival)
  • full payment by credit card (on arrival)
  • payment by ATM automatic teller machine (on arrival)

RULES OF THE HOUSE

Check-in: we would be pleased to welcome you to Brick House from 2.00 pm (flexible, whenever possible) and give you all the detailed instructions and information about the house and the touristic sights of our region.

In order to decrease your waiting time and allow us to provide a better service, please give us previous note of your estimated time and place of arrival. We will pick up you from the train station /airport to Brick House if you request it during the reservation.

Check-out: it is normally at 10.00 am in order to allow for the cleaning and the preparation of the house for the next guests. We will be happy to accommodate you and postpone your check-out time, if requested and if possible. At your departure, please help us by leaving the kitchen tidy and the dishes washed, close all windows, and turn electrical equipment off, this will be for us of great help.

Other important information:

  • You agree to respect the house, rooms and facilities made available. Inside the house is forbidden to smoke, and do not allow the introduction of animals.
  • You agree not to let any unauthorized guest in the house. By law, each guest will have to be declared to the "Questura di Treviso" for national security reasons.
  • Waste must be recycled. Detailed instructions will be given during the check-in.
